The people over at Forbez DVD emailed me, and this is what they had to say :
Rick Ross performs in Brooklyn until shots go off in the air... No one was injured..
Who shoot's in the air anymore? Why do I get the feeling that this could've possibly been staged to show that Ricky is from the streets, no matter what his employment record reflects.
