ABC reports " A local mother is under arrest for allegedly taking her 12-year-old daughter to brawl with another girl. The shocking incident was caught on tape. Shawnah Foster was jailed for investigation corporal injury to a child. The video was shot by a 12-year-old friend of one of the combatants. The incident occurred in Mojave Vista Park in Victorville on Sunday, Oct. 5. "
