Singer Ciara has received the Woman of the Year honor at Billboard's
third annual Women in Music award. Ciara was honored with the award at
Billboard magazine's Women in Music breakfast event at St Regis Hotel
in NY this past friday.

The 23-year-old R&B songstress was recognized for her success as a
recording artist and leadership in embracing the change in the industry.
