9-Month-Pregnant Queens Woman Fatally Stabbed!!!!!!!

A 25-year-old woman who was 9 months pregnant was found stabbed to death in her Queens apartment Saturday, police said.

The woman's mother had grown concerned when she could not reach her daughter for several days.

She went to the South Ozone Park apartment that her daughter had moved into about a week ago, police and neighbors said.

When the mother could not get in, she went to her daughter's boyfriend, who had a key, said law enforcement officials.

At 7:45 p.m. the mother and boyfriend found the woman's body in the
Lefferts Blvd. apartment's back bedroom. Her neck was slashed and she
had multiple stab wounds to her pregnant belly, police said.

They called emergency services, who declared the mother and baby dead at the scene.

A police source said it appeared that the murder happened Saturday.

Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said there was no sign of forced
entry. The upstairs neighbors did not report hearing anything. There
were no arrests Saturday night and the investigation is ongoing.

The woman's identity is being withheld pending family notification.
