P!nk HATES Giving Songs AWAY!!!!!!!

Pop star PINK hates giving her music to other artists - because her songs are like her "children."

The singer wrote over 34 songs for her new album, Funhouse, but was forced to whittle the tracklist down to just 14.

And Pink found the process heart-wrenching because she is so emotionally attached to each composition.

She says, "I can be an arrogant a**hole about my music and find it hard to give my songs away. It's like getting rid of your children: 'I like that one too, but I'm going to let that one die.'

"The good news now is there's always a home for the other kids as extra tracks and B-sides."
