Thoughts On Gucci Mane

Ya know in the beginning when I first heard him I thought he was whack as fuck... But as the years went on and he kept putting out more and more it seemed like more of my friends were bumpin him... I was with Jeezy on the beef side cuz clearly Jeezy is the better rapper haha but now i'm starting to like Gucci. His verse on E-40's "The Recipe" off The Ball Street Journal, sealed the deal for me. So i'm bumpin this dude a lot.

Back To The Traphouse is getting heavy spins in my iPod haha.

I wanna work with this dude now.

look into Gucci's music before working with Jeezy...

Gucci Is not in my top 5, nor 10, nor 20 lol. But I like the way he puts his lyrics together... they aren't the most lyrical thing but they are entertaining.

true i respect that...
i will say this he has some good hooks..
they have catchy hooks if they dont have nothing else
and thats mostly the big thing that keeps them popular..
you mostly only hear ppl saying the hooks of their songs..

honestly i didnt fuck with Gucci after i found out about where he came from because he not 100 with his lyrics. Jeezy REALLY did the shit he talk about. i know people that grew up with Jeezy ye digg so i know he 100. Gucci... i can live without him.

on the other hand just like rem said hes starting to grow on me. im starting to like his music because he not all about tht trap shit no more cuz he realized that the streets dont wanna hear that all day so he expanded his type of songs he puts out. i got mad respect for the dude as a man and an artist but he still has a long way to go to make it anywhere on my top
