you know what, I started to feel bad for her. but by law, if she runs away from the police, they have to use force. I'm sure he wasn't aiming for the head but that lil broad shouldn't have been sending nasty pics to old men and running from the hook .. but I guess a lawsuit can be filed. it would be a hard case to win though

so what if he tackled he tackled her? she would break! a taser isn't meant to necessicarily hurt a person, it's meant to stun them. I've been tased before and it ain't no hoe AT ALL! haha but I still think she was in the wrong and the cop wasn't in the wrong, he followed procedure.
