Bernie Mac Hospitalized With Pneumonia!!!!!!!

Comedian Bernie Mac was hospitalized for pneumonia in Chicago
recently, but everything is ok, and he is expected to be released soon.

According to reports, the 50-year-old comedian/actor suffered from
sarcoidosis, a tissue inflammation, but his publicist Danica Smith said
in a statement that his illness has been in remission since 2005 and
the bout of pneumonia is unrelated.

"Mr. Mac is responding well to treatment and will be released soon,"
Smith said in a statement. "He asked that his privacy and that of his
family is respected while he gets well."

Bernie's wife, Rhonda McCullough, has been by his side at the hospital since he was admitted.

"He's doing great and hopes to get out soon," Smith told the Chicago
Sun-Times. "He's Bernie -- he's one of the best guys you'll meet."
