From Fn' Famous -- Actor Morgan Freeman has been injured in a serious car accident in Mississippi, reports local news station WHBQ.

ports indicate that the 71-year-old was involved in a one car accident
at around 11:30 p.m. Sunday night (August 3) and was airlifted to a
hospital in Memphis.

TMZ says he may have fell asleep at the wheel.
