Timbaland Performed His New Project At His Wedding!

Superproducer TIMBALAND gave his new collaboration with T-PAIN a trial-run at his wedding - to see if it was a hit.

The Apologize beatmaker married publicist Monique Idlett - his
girlfriend of two years - on the island of Aruba in June (08). It was
the couple’s second wedding celebration, after exchanging vows in a
more intimate ceremony in the star’s native Virginia just days before.

And Timbaland - decided to debut the T-Pain track, on which he raps, at his reception on the south Caribbean hotspot.
He tells MTV.com, “I got two records (with T-Pain) that are retarded (amazing).

“If you would’ve come to my wedding, you would have heard the records.
At my reception, everybody was going crazy. It’s this one record we got
that’s called, Talk That. It’s phenomenal! Everybody is like, ‘You
rapping like that?’. I been doing that. It’s nothing for me.”

But Timbaland has revealed the song won’t feature on a future album by
either himself or T-Pain - because he’s giving it away to close pal and
longtime collaborator, Missy Elliot.

He adds, “That record, I won’t put on my (LP) ’cause it’s so much of a smash.

“It’s so phenomenal, you would be like, ‘Well, why wouldn’t you put it
on your record, if it’s so much of a smash?’ Because I would give it to
my sister. My sister needs that record more than I would need that. My
sister, which is Missy. If Missy had that record, she’s gone. She’s
gone!!
