DMX's Lawyer - He Should Be OK!!!!!!!

As previously reported by Yo! Raps, DMX was admitted to a Florida
hospital on Monday due to "fear of stroke." But the rapper's attorney
is now saying that X "should be OK."

According Billboard.com, X's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, would not
confirm the reports of a possible stroke he did say, "It was serious
enough at the time but ultimately he should be OK."

"It was serious enough for him to be brought and taken into a treatment
facility," Cohen continued. "He spent the night there last night and he
will probably spend tonight there as well. I don't think it's going to
be an ongoing thing or a life-threatening situation. He's going to be
alright."

According to reports, X has previously spent time in the hospital for
undisclosed reasons. But his lawyer says that he believes it was
justified.

"If a hospital hold you for observation, then there's no reason to
fear," Cohen said. "Hospitals want to free up beds. He's never checked
into a hospital and checked right out-his visits always warrant him
staying there for a couple of days."

X missed a court date because of his hospitalization. It has been rescheduled for September 29.
