P. Miller and Wal-Mart Sued by Pepe Jeans London P10

P. Miller and Wal-Mart have been sued by Pepe Jeans London claiming trademark infringement.

According to WWD Business, Pepe Jeans London are claiming that Miller and Wal-Mart are unlawfully using the letter P in the logo for their P. Miller clothing line.

Court documents filed September 26th say the logo infringes on the Pepe Jeans London logo trademark which also utilizes a letter P and also says that P. Miller's placement of their letter P logo mimics Pepe Jeans London's logo placement.
