What in the world is going on. MediaTakeOut.com is hearing rumors from EXTREMELY reliable sources that KanYe West has yet to deliver all the necessary tracks for Jay Z's upcoming album Blueprint 3.



And it gets more odd. The insider told MediaTakeOut.com that Jay Z's people have reached out to KanYe about the tracks - and so far they haven't heard back.



Jay Z's album Blueprint 3 is supposed to hit stores on December 2nd.
