Sofrito restaurant in New York City located on E. 57th St. have
introduced their new Paella meal worth a whopping $1000 bucks -
courtesy of chef Ricardo Cardona. Ingredients include Truffles and
Truffle oil, Baby eel, Octopus, Maine lobster and Alaskan prawns.
Jennifer Lopez often frequents this pricey eatery when in NYC.
