Cash Money boss Bryan "Birdman AKA Baby" Williams has been sued by a concert promoter who claims Williams repeatably backed out on scheduled Lil' Wayne shows.

According to TMZ.com, the promoter alleges that he had scheduled shows with Lil' Wayne various times in Miami and paid Williams $275,000 only to have the concert postponed each time.

The court documents, which can be viewed in their entirety here, allege that Williams once postponed the show due to the weather being "too cold" in Miami.

The suit was filed today (October 15) in L.A. Superior Court.
