Former Gucci Mane Attorney Label Owner Deny Drug Overdose Claims!!!!!!!

Text messages of reports of Gucci Mane overdosing while behind bars flooded inboxes this morning. But the incarcerated rapper's former attorney, Dennis R. Scheib, has come forward to deny the validity of the rumors.

Scheib, who previously represented Gucci in a 2005 murder case, slammed the rumors as complete farce, saying that the rapper is doing just fine.

"I just talked to Big Cat of Big Cat Records, the producer, and he said someone said something about it, called him and said he talked with Gucci, he's fine," Scheib said to SOHH. "Big Cat said 'I just talked with him on the phone' and [he] said 'He's okay.'"

When directly asked his take on the claims, Big Cat said, "I just got off the phone with [Gucci] like two or three minutes ago and it's all good. Gucci is good. It's all a rumor."

As previously reported by Yo! Raps, Gucci was sent back to jail last month for violating the conditions of his probation.

According to myfoxatlanta, Gucci only completed 25 of his mandated 600 hours of community service and tested positive for drugs during his last probation meeting.
