Studio Owner Goes After Pras For Unpaid Studio Fees

Ray Devers, owner of Manhattan's Fight Klub Studios, says that former Fugees member Pras owes him $19,000 in unpaid studio fees.

The channel 7 ABC News report indicates that Pras used Devers studio last May to record his latest album.

"I've contacted his management team, I've contacted his lawyers...and just story, after story, after story," says Devers in respect to trying to secure payment of the outstanding fees.

Devers said that after much pressure, Pras issued him a check that bounced because of insufficient funds.

After speaking with Devers, a Channel 7 ABC News reporter confronted Pras in New Jersey about the bounced check. After speaking with Pras, Devers was issued a down payment of $5,000 with the promise of more payments to come.
