Lil' Wayne's Assistant Says He Saw Gun On Bus

Lil' Wayne's assistant testified in court yesterday (October 20) that he occasionally saw a gun and people smoking marijuana on the rapper's tour bus.

According to the AP, Terry Bourgeois said he never saw Wayne with a gun and doesn't recall seeing one when Wayne was arrested in July 2007 in Manhattan on weapons charges.

Bourgeois told the court that "weed is something we always have" and that Wayne only smokes "dro" referring to Hydroponically grown marijuana.

Lawyers for Wayne are attempting to have the charges thrown out alleging police entered the rapper's tour bus illegally.

Wayne has plead not guilty to the charges.
