Soulja Boy SUED for stealing material?

Love him or hate him, you can't deny that Soulja Boy and his "dance" took the hip hop world by storm last year with SouljaBoyTellem. Allegations then circled that Soulja Boy wasn't entirely original with the dance moves that he showcased in his videos and now the same is seemingly happening with his new single/dance.

"Bird Walk" is the name of the song and the dance. What does it mean? I have no idea. Does it matter? Apparently not because Crank That was big and sold 5 Million ringtones.

Now the accusing party, an artist by the name of Jallen Ransem is claiming that the "Bird Walk" has moves, steps....whatever you call them, have been lifted from his "Money Dance".

Now we can get down but to us, all of these dances look exactly the same. Whether or not Soulja Boy BLATANTLY lifted the "Bird Walk" from "Tha Money Dance" is what is needs to be proven in court. We aren't sure how, but we are hearing that Jallen is looking to take the case to court and sue for some compensation. How? No idea because dance's cannot be copyrighted. One could make the argument that the dances are intellectual property but it is a stretch.

What do you think? Can you see similarities in the dance? Soulja Boy has been accused before of "stealing material", but will that stop you from being a fan? Is it out of the realm of possibilities for two separate people to come up with the exact same dance without knowing about the others?
