Baby Mama Drama For Lyfe Jennings. Is He Going Back To Jail???

More details are surfacing surrounding the arrest of R&B singer Chester "Lyfe" Jennings. MediaTakeOut.com has learned that Jennings was trying to locate his child's mother when all of the problems ensued.

Reports indicate that Jennings was searching for the mother of his children, Joy Pound on Sunday at the home of Jeff Kendrick, a Georgia man. At some point, police claim that Jennings kicked in Kendrick's door and then fired rounds from a .40 caliber glock in the street.

After that, MediaTakeOut.com learned that Jennings fled the scene at high speeds in his 2005 Corvette and allegedly refused to stop for officers pursuing him. When Jennings eventually stopped, he refused to take a sobriety test.

Booked at Cobb County Jail, the "Must Be Nice" singer has been charged with DUI test refusal, criminal trespassing, discharging a weapon near a street, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and fleeing or attempting to elude a police offer.

The R&B star was previously in prison from 1992 - 2002.
