This sequel continues the story of the New York Zoo Animals: Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe and Gloria the Hippo. The friends are still on Madagascar but once they leave the island they find themselves in the wilderness of Africa. It's here that Alex the Lion meets his family.

'Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa' hits theaters November 7.
