Say what?!?! There are rumors floating around that Jay-Z is considering running for Mayor of New York City in 2009. From crack rocks to policy decisions...gotta love it. Oh and for the record...if this is in any way true...Nas, Jim Jones and Prodigy lost...BAD! It might be true...dude is starting to hold babies (and white ones nonetheless):
