Former Motown President Dies While Voting For Obama!

Former Motown President Jheryl Busby died today (November 4) at the age of 59.

StreetCred.com has been told exclusively that Busby fell on his way to vote for Barack Obama in the Los Angeles area and hit his head. He died from the injuries resulting from the fall.

According to records, Busby contributed $2,300 to the Obama campaign on March 8th, 2007.

Busby had a long career in the music industry including working with such labels as Stax, Atlantic, MCA Records, CBS, and more.

He also played an integral role in launching the career of legendary R&B group Boyz II Men.

Most recently Busby worked on albums from Carl Thomas (2007's "So Much Better") and Patti Labelle (her first Gospel album "The Gospel According to Patti LaBelle").
