Rihanna PASSES OUT... She Was RUSHED To The HOSPITAL!!!!!!!

We just caught word that R&B singer Rihanna has passed out. While details are still sketchy, word is that Rihanna fell unconscious while in Australia and is now under medical attention!!

Here's what we have learned. Rihanna was on stage in Australia performing her hit song “Umbrella” (the duet version with Chris Brown), the last song of her concert.

Approximately half way through the performance, Rihanna hunched over in obvious discomfort and signaling that she wasn’t feeling well.

Rihanna then ran off the stage and paramedics immediately rushed to her side. Chris Brown finished the song and ended the show. After which he immediately rushed backstage to be at Rihanna’s side.

Word is that Rihanna was taken to a local hospital for observation. Her current condition is not known. Neither is the exact cause of her illness.
