Twista Engaged To Reality Show Star???

It seems that wifey-ing these reality show stars is becoming a normal thing now. We aren't quite sure what to make of the reality show "celebrities" but we do know that they seem to be some of most money hungry, spotlight seeking creatures on the face of the earth. For the most part, they are only in the spotlight for no more than 6 months (A regular TV show season), but now it seems as though one reality show star might be a permanent fixture in the hip hop scene.

The VH1 reality show "A Real Chance at Love" is a spinoff of "I Love New York" (Which is a spin off of "Flavor of Love"...**SMH**) where two of the former contestants that were vying for the love of Tiffany "New York" Pollard are on their own quest to find love. One of the contestants named KiKi (who has yet to be kicked off the show) is now reportedly engaged to Chi-Town rapper Twista...which is possible by the fact that the show was filmed months ago.

One thing we did hear about this situation that is unique is that Twista had known Kiki from before her recent celebrity. Whether or not they were together before she landed the show is not known but we do know that most of these dating shows are completely staged. How do we know this? Because Kiki still being featured on the show trying to win the love of the former I Love New York stars. That kind of makes it totally obvious.

Perhaps Twista is the one that is needing the help. His last album did quite poorly compared to his two previous efforts. Kamikaze (The album he released in 2004) was a smash hit with several Kanye West assisted tracks. His follow up to Kamikaze, The Day After, while still successful, did not live up to expectations and only went gold. His last album, Adrenaline Rush 2007 barely sold 200,000 copies and Twista has been trying to get off Atlantic Records since. Now with his recent engagement to the up and coming reality star, Twista is looking to start a whole new chapter.

Should Kiki have gone on the show if she was already involved with Twista? Or does it matter because its all staged?
