Man Found Guilty In Death Of T.I.'s Friend

An Ohio man has been found guilty in the shooting death of T.I.'s friend Philant Johnson.

35-year-old Hosea Thomas was found guilty Wednesday (November 26) of the murder and also convicted of felonious assault and illegally having a gun after a felony conviction.

T.I. testified during Thomas' trial.

Thomas and his brother, Padron Thomas began firing shots at a van T.I. and his entourage were in as they sped away from a Cincinnati club T.I. had performed at in May 2006.

The gunfight left Johnson dead and four other members of T.I.'s entourage injured.

Thomas faces life in prison at his December 23rd sentencing.
