Life Saving Surgery... `Phife Dawg' From The Tribe Called Quest Has Just Been Approved For A Kidney Transplant!!!!!!!

We told you many months ago that Tribe Called Quest member Malik
"Phife Dawg" Taylor had been suffering from serious kidney problems as
a result of diabetes. Malik was first diagnosed with diabetes in 2000
and in 2002 he was hospitalized for the condition.

Unfortunately, Phife mismanaged his condition and as a result was
placed on dialysis in 2000. He had had been waiting for a kidney
transplant for more than 2 years.

But good news - today we have OFFICIALLY learned that Phife has been APPROVED for the transplant.
