This Giants’ 30-10 victory over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday at Giants Stadium featured the running attack, plenty of it, by the “Earth, Wind and Fire” trio of Brandon Jacobs, Derrick Ward and Ahmad Bradshaw.

Jacobs scored two touchdowns in the first half but did not play much after spending part of the second quarter in the locker room to be “re-taped,” according to the Giants. He stood on the sideline throughout the second half, bouncing on his feet, and appeared to be eager to re-enter the game. No injury was announced.

Perhaps Jacobs would have returned, had they needed him. Jacobs finished with 73 yards on 11 carriers. Ward contributed 41 yards on 11 carries and Bradshaw led the way with 9 carries for 96 yards, including a 77-yard sprint that provided the best highlight of what was often a dreary game under dark skies in chilly breezes.

The victory, the fifth in a row for the Giants, raised their record to 9-1. The Ravens fell to 6-4 and their winning streak ended at four games.
